The hotel has direct access to the mall from the third floor. It was VERY convenient. The mall provides many dining choices and shopping opportunities. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth, and I got a late check-out until 5pm. The breakfast was superb (I really enjoyed the fresh fruit selection).

The rooms are spacious and clean I appreciate it. The bed is very comfy, and the facilities are excellent. The pool on the top floor is quite big and the spa is amazing. Sauna and jacuzzi were very clean and perfect.

the location proved acceptable for my needs.

i found the air conditioning excessively loud , it hindered sleep , and there were no outlets near the mirror , i found it inconvenient for personal grooming. additionally , i noticed a water leak above the toilet in the bathroom , it felt unhygienic. i won't book this hotel again.
