delicious food spacious rooms professional staff kind assistance
the food was delicious, i liked breakfast. rooms are spacious. anjana was a professional, she helped a lot. it was so kind.
the elevators took a long time. i waited longer than i wanted.

FANTASTIC stay!
direct access dining choice smooth process
The hotel has direct access to the mall from the third floor. It was VERY convenient. The mall provides many dining choices and shopping opportunities. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth, and I got a late check-out until 5pm. The breakfast was superb (I really enjoyed the fresh fruit selection).

smoke smell uncomfortable bed
the staff were nice and helpful that was acceptable
the room smelled like smoke a detail i found quite unpleasant there was even an ashtray in there the bed was hardly comfortable half broken even it creaked loudly with every movement it was a poor experience

The rooms are spacious and clean I appreciate it. The bed is very comfy, and the facilities are excellent. The pool on the top floor is quite big and the spa is amazing. Sauna and jacuzzi were very clean and perfect.

elevator maintenance long stairs
the elevator was under maintenance without any notice. i was stuck outside for more than 45 minutes. one of the ladies told my gf and i to use the stairs. she must have been joking since we are speaking about 28 floors.

a disappointing experience
loud aircon unhygienic leak
the location proved acceptable for my needs.
i found the air conditioning excessively loud , it hindered sleep , and there were no outlets near the mirror , i found it inconvenient for personal grooming. additionally , i noticed a water leak above the toilet in the bathroom , it felt unhygienic. i won't book this hotel again.
